Costas is hands down the best home automation installer in the UK. Prior to choosing Smart Home Innovation Systems I gathered quotes from 5 other reputable companies. Each promising top end tech but at the end of the day, I was looking for a long term service. I quickly realised I could only receive this through Smart Home Innovation. Smart home innovation (Costas) was easily the most affordable, giving me more value for my money with no hidden costs like some others did. I actually confronted an installer with Costas’s quotation for comparison purposes. His response was “ that total can’t be right, it must be excluding Vat !” 😆 The project initially was for lighting control in a five bedroom full refurb property. Coatas showed me loads of pics of past projects. I decided to take a look at his previous projects first hand. I was blown away.... Got home told the mrs we are having a full upgrade, went back to the drawing board. The mrs complained i was going over board, post pandemic she is loving every bit of it. Costas installed 4k TV in every room, in door and outdoor lighting control, door station intercom, internal intercom, CCTV, Sky Q with 2 mini box, Nest thermostat, XBox One, PS4, vonage, Amazon Fire stick(IPTV), 2 Apple TV, electric blinds, labelled switches, control screens, IMac connected to the network, ceiling speakers every room, out door 🔊 speakers, fire place, converting my living room to a home cinema with a 120inch projection screen with INCREDIBLE SURROUND SPEAKERS. Everything can be controlled from your Touch screen, App or Amazon Alexa or old school Remote control which works without having to point to a tv! All hooked up on to a rack, in a cupboard in the guest toilet. So no unsightly PS4 or Xbox console wires anywhere. All hooked up with matrix switches, enabling you to select a source of your choice. During the pandemic I was able to work from any room thanks to the iMac hooked up to the network. I was able to shoot the image to any tv screen in the house 😀 Most lock down nights were spent rewatching movie classics, in its cinematic glory. His customer services loyalty has been put to the test and he has passed with flying colours. Back in March heard dripping in ceiling above speakers. I was worried it was a burst pipe. Called Costas at 3 in afternoon, he arrived at 7:30pm on way home to remove ceiling speaker inorder for plumber to inspect ceiling void. There was no call out /repair charge!!! There is no job too little or too large for him to handle. A couple of my friends will be using his services soon after seeing my new smart home. I just submitted my planning application to convert a detached double garage, into work spaces, mini gym and high tech 3D games room. No need to guess who I will be calling to get it done.
